The column heading "Industrial Group^1" is intact; only the body labels are clipped. Row 14 (the row reading 93, 74, 25, 38, 11, 19, 11,640, ...) has no visible label at all — its entire label was cut away by the crop, so its stub cell is "". The labels appear to be NAICS industry groups and subsector totals (e.g. the fragment "ermediation and Related" is consistent with a credit-intermediation line, "state and Rental and Leasing" with a sector total line), but I have not reconstructed any text that is not printed on this image. The first clipped glyph of row 6 ("state and Rental and Leasing") and row 17 ("Care and Social Assistance") sits on the crop edge and may be a partial letter. No footnote text appears under the table on this crop; the superscript 1 on "Industrial Group" refers to a note printed elsewhere. All 14 numeric columns were checked against the table's own internal arithmetic and every check passes: for each row, the "won by unions" Total equals AFL-CIO + other national + other local; Total elections equals won + no-representative; "Valid votes cast for unions" Total equals its three components; and Total valid votes cast equals union votes + votes for no union. The subsector totals also reconcile against their component rows (rows 3-5 sum to row 6; rows 9-10 sum to row 11; rows 13-16 sum to row 17). One printed oddity, transcribed as printed and not corrected: in row 4 ("d Leasing Services") the Total valid votes cast, 748, exceeds the Number of employees eligible to vote, 727; the same discrepancy carries into the row 6 total (833 eligible vs 843 votes cast). Rows 1 and 2 carry identical values across all 14 columns, which is consistent with a subsector line and its sector total where only that one subsector had elections.

All page-level sector subtotals check out against their component rows, and within each row union votes plus no-union votes equal total valid votes cast; no misprints were detected. All cells are crisply printed and legible.
