HEADER MISPRINT (checked on two separate readings of the image): on the "elections lost" side, the two middle sub-headings under "Votes for unions" are printed "Total" and "AFL-CIO unions", i.e. they repeat the first two sub-headings of that same group instead of mirroring the "won" side. They are transcribed exactly as printed, but the data show the intended headings are "Other national unions" (column 9) and "Other local unions" (column 10): e.g. in section A the "Other national unions" row carries 4,941 in column 9 and the "Other local unions" row carries 550 in column 10, and the 1-union-elections subtotals (4,941 and 550) agree. Column placement of every value follows the printed column rules, so the grid is correct even though two headings are not. The rightmost heading cell is a tall cell spanning the second and third heading levels and holds three typeset lines, "Total votes" / "for no union" / "Total" - an apparently stray third line. Joined and repeated across both levels as "Total votes for no union Total"; the matching cell on the "won" side has only the first two lines. Every empty body cell in this grid is a printed double-hyphen dash "--" (meaning none), rendered as "" per the dash-rule instruction; printed zeros are kept as "0", so "" and "0" remain distinguishable. The caption carries footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 2009^1") and is headed "Page 1 of 2"; no footnote text is printed on this crop, and section B is cut off after its "2-union elections" subtotal - the rest of B continues on the following page. Row label "AFL-CIO v. AFL-CIO v. Local v. Local" is printed with a terminal period where the leader dots would begin; the period is dropped. The label "National v. National v. National v. National" wraps onto two lines and is joined. All AFL-CIO occurrences are printed with an en dash. Arithmetic check (not applied to the cells, only verification): every row total and every subtotal/total in both sections A and B adds up exactly as printed; no misprinted figures found.

The four sub-columns under "Votes for unions" in the "elections lost" block are printed as "Total", "AFL-CIO unions", "Total", "AFL-CIO unions" - i.e. the third and fourth sub-headings repeat the first and second instead of reading "Other national unions" and "Other local unions" as they do in the matching "elections won" block. I have transcribed the headings exactly as printed. The data clearly belong to the won-block scheme: in the RM row "Other national unions" the lost-side values are 19 (total), -- , 19, --, and in the RD row "Other local unions" they are 237 (total), --, --, 237, so column 10 holds other-national-union votes and column 11 other-local-union votes despite the printed labels. Also in the right-hand block, the last column's tall heading cell carries three lines, "Total votes" / "for no union" / "Total", with a visibly larger gap before the final "Total" than the normal line spacing. I could not resolve whether that trailing "Total" is a stray word inside the merged level-2/level-3 cell or a separate level-3 heading beneath a level-2 "Total votes for no union", so I have joined it into one string, "Total votes for no union Total", and repeated it across both heading levels. The headings of the right-hand block also sit a few pixels higher than their counterparts on the left, consistent with that block having been typeset separately. "Total RC elections", column 10 (the lost-side column whose values are other-national-union votes): printed as "4242" with no thousands comma, unlike every other four- and five-digit figure in the table. Transcribed as printed; a faint or dropped comma cannot be entirely ruled out at this resolution. Every data cell that is printed as a short dash rule "--" has been rendered as "" per the dash-rule convention; printed zeros are kept as 0. The distinction is used consistently in the source, so "" in a data cell here always means a printed "--", never a genuinely empty cell. "C. Elections in RM cases" and "D. Elections in RD cases" are centred banner lines running the full width of the table; they are given as label-only rows. Row 2's label is printed justified across two lines ("National v. National v. National" / "v. National") and joined here. All internal arithmetic checks pass: component columns sum to their "Total" columns, detail rows sum to their subtotal rows ("3 (or more)-union elections", "1-union elections", "2-union elections"), subtotals sum to "Total RM elections" and "Total RD elections", and for every row won-total + won-no-union + lost-total + lost-no-union equals "Total valid votes cast". No printed figure appears to be in error. CROP: the image ends immediately below the "Total RD elections" rule. The caption reads "Page 2 of 2", but any further body rows, a grand-total line, and footnote 1 (whose marker appears on "Fiscal Year 2009" in the caption) fall outside the crop, so the footnotes list is empty.
