p. 128. 14 columns. The crop is page 1 of 3 of Table 13; it is cut off immediately after the first data row ("Other national unions") of section B, "Elections in RC cases", so the rest of section B and any sections beyond it are not on this image. No footnote text is printed on this crop, so `footnotes` is empty, but two markers appear: a raised 1 on the caption (excluded per instructions) and a raised 2 on the stub-adjacent heading "Total elections", transcribed as "Total elections^2". Dash cells: the table uses a short double-dash ("--") as a nil/not-applicable marker in many cells; per the dash-rule convention these are transcribed as "". Note that the table separately prints a literal 0 in a number of cells (e.g. the "Elections in which no representative chosen" column for all the 3-or-more-union rows, and "AFL-CIO unions" in the "AFL-CIO v. AFL-CIO v. National" row), and those printed zeros are preserved as "0". The "" / "0" distinction in the original is therefore collapsed in only one direction: every "" in the grid was a printed "--" or (in the section rows) a genuinely empty cell. Fourteen columns, counted from the column rules: stub, "Total elections^2", the five "Elections won by unions" columns, "Elections in which no representative chosen", then "Total" and "In elections won" plus the three "In units won by" columns under "Employees eligible to vote", and finally "In elections where no representative chosen". Dashes: the table prints a short double-hyphen dash ("--") in many value cells, and it is used alongside a printed "0" in the very same columns (e.g. the "National v. National v. Local" row has "--" under AFL–CIO unions and "0" under Other national unions). Because the two are clearly distinct marks with distinct meanings here, I transcribed the short dash literally as "--" rather than as an empty cell; it is not a dash rule filling a blank cell. A reader who wants blanks can map every "--" to "". Crop coverage: this is page 2 of 3 of a table continued from the previous page, so the body starts mid-section — the rows above "AFL–CIO" that feed the "1-union elections" subtotal (and the "B. Elections in RC cases" section heading) are on page 1. The body is also cut off at the bottom: section "C. Elections in RM cases" shows only its first two rows ("Other local unions" and "AFL–CIO") before the crop ends; the rest continues on page 3.
