The table has 15 columns (stub + 14 data columns) and four heading levels; spanner headings are repeated across the columns they cover, and the tall single headings ("Total" and "Total eligible" under Number of polls / Employees involved, and "Total" and "Percent of total eligible" under Valid votes cast, plus the stub heading) are repeated down every level they span. Suspected misprint: in the row "Other local unions", the cell under Number of polls > Resulting in deauthorization > Number is printed as "0.0" rather than the integer "0" used in every other count column (compare the same row's Employees involved > Resulting in deauthorization > Number, which is printed "0").
