Reader’s notes
p. 126. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column groups (Number, Percent by type). The crop is clean and fully legible; no doubtful cells. The two section lines ("By type of case:" and "By type of election:") carry no values. One apparent printing inconsistency worth flagging, transcribed as printed: in the "Outcome of original election reversed" group the RC-cases figure (10) equals the all-elections figure (10) even though RC cases total only 16 of the 18 elections, and the by-type-of-election entries (0 + 6 + 0 + 4 + 0) also sum to 10, so the column is internally consistent; no values were computed or corrected. The caption footnote marker on "Fiscal Year 2009^1" belongs to the omitted caption.
