p. 121. Seven printed columns (stub plus six), with "Type of election" spanning the six data columns and the stub heading "Type of case" spanning both heading levels. The three UD cases rows (Elections, Eligible voters, Valid votes) print a short dash rule "--" in the last column ("Expedited elections under Section 8(b)(7)(C)"); per the dash-rule convention these are transcribed as empty cells. Every other cell in that column prints an explicit digit (including 0), so the dashes are a distinct printed symbol in the original. The caption carries a superscript 1 footnote marker, but no footnote text appears under the table within this crop; the footnote presumably sits below the cropped area or on a facing page, so `footnotes` is empty. Arithmetic check (not applied to the cells, which are as printed): for all three measures and all five columns, the "All types, total" line equals the sum of the RC, RM, RD and UD lines, e.g. Elections 1,321+17+269+44 = 1,651 and Valid votes 62,209+438+13,333+2,756 = 78,736. No misprints detected.
