The crop ends mid-table: the second "Recapitulation" block breaks off after the 8(b)(2) line, and the caption marks this as "Page 1 of 2", so the remaining 8(b) recapitulation lines (and any footnote text) continue on the next page. No section line "A. Charges filed against employers under Section 8(a)" is printed on this page — the 8(a) block begins directly under the column headings — although the parallel line "B. Charges filed against unions under Section 8(b)" is printed (with two spaces after "B." in the original; normalized to one here). The first "Recapitulation" carries a raised 1 footnote marker, recorded as "Recapitulation^1"; the footnote's text is not printed within this crop, so `footnotes` is empty. In the percent column several small values are printed as a bare "0" rather than "0.0"; transcribed as printed. All figures were legible; nothing was computed or corrected.
