Reader’s notes

p. 143. Two printed columns only: the stub ("Stage") and "Median days"; the Roman numerals I. and II. sit in a hanging indent of the stub, not in a separate ruled column, so they are kept at the head of their labels. The image is clean and every figure is legible. Row "6. Filing of petition to-" is printed with a trailing hyphen because it runs on into sub-items a and b; it carries no value of its own, as do the section lines I., II., A., B., C. (except II.C., which does carry 105). Apostrophes are typographic curly quotes everywhere except in row I.B ("administrative law judge's decision"), where the scan shows a straight apostrophe; all are transcribed with the plain apostrophe character. No totals are printed, so nothing could be cross-checked arithmetically.
