In each group the heading "Court Determination" is printed across the whole group with no internal column rules at that level, so it is repeated over all three of that group's columns (No. Dec., Uphold. Board Position, Contrary to Board Position); the heading text sits a few pixels left of the exact group centre, but "No. Dec." is printed on the same (lowest) heading line as the other two sub-headings, not as a tall cell spanning the "Court Determination" level. The stub heading "Type of Litigation" is vertically centred across all four heading levels and is repeated in each. Row labels are printed with hierarchical indentation that the flat grid cannot show: "NLRB-initiated actions or interventions" and "Action by other parties" are bold/underlined section heads (each carries its own values); "To review:", "To restrain NLRB from:" and "To compel NLRB to:" are indented sub-heads with values, and the rows beneath each are their indented components. "Other" is at the same level as the colon sub-heads, with "Obj. to Board's proof of claim" and "Appeal of Board's 10(k) Order" as its components. Apostrophes in the last two labels are the typographic right single quote as printed. All printed totals check out internally (18 = 2 + 16; the four "Action by other parties" sub-groups sum to 16; each column of the TOTALS row equals the sum of the two section heads). No footnotes are printed under the table, and the bottom rule follows the last row, so nothing appears cut off by the crop. All digits are single characters and legible; no doubtful cells.
