p. 137. 22 columns: stub, "Total number of situations", two columns under the spanning head "Total" ("Percent of all situations" and "Cumulative percent of all situations"), then nine two-column groups under "Type of situations" (CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP, CA-CB combinations, Other C combinations), each with "Number of situations" and "Percent by size class". The stub heading and "Total number of situations" are tall single headings whose boxes run the full height of the header, so they are repeated in all three heading levels. In the Totals row the "Cumulative percent of all situations" cell is printed as a short dash rule ("--"), transcribed as an empty cell per the dash-rule convention. The CP group's second heading is typeset with a line break inside the word ("Percen / t by size class"); it is joined to "Percent by size class", matching every other group. The caption carries footnote marker 1 after "Fiscal Year 2008"; the caption itself is omitted as instructed. Arithmetic not checked or corrected: all values are as printed. A couple of printed column sums do not reconcile exactly with the group totals in the header row (e.g. the CG "Number of situations" column), but nothing was altered.
