In the "Total RC and RM elections" row the "Cumulative percent of total" cell holds a printed dash rule ("--"), transcribed as an empty cell per the conventions. The crop is cut off at the bottom: the body ends with "1,000 to 1,999" and the table continues below (the caption marks this as Page 1 of 2), so any further size classes, the panel-B section and any footnotes printed under the full table are not on this image. The caption's superscript 1 marker has no footnote text visible on the crop. Arithmetic as printed: the "Total elections" column entries sum to about 1,630 and the percent columns are internally consistent; nothing was recomputed or corrected.

The crop is page 2 of 2 of the table: the first three body rows ("2,000 to 2,999", "3,000 to 9,999", "Over 9,999") are the tail of section A (RC/RM elections), whose earlier size classes and section heading are on the preceding page. Column headings are printed in full on this page and are transcribed. "B. Decertification elections (RD)" is printed centered across the data columns as a banner between rules, not in the stub; it is given as a label-only row. In the "Total RD elections" row the "Cumulative percent of total" cell prints a double-hyphen dash rule ("--"), i.e. not applicable; it is transcribed as an empty cell per the dash-rule convention. The caption carries a raised footnote marker 1 after "Fiscal Year 2008"; the caption itself is omitted as instructed. Internal checks: the RD size-class rows sum exactly to the printed "Total RD elections" row in every numeric column (eligible to vote 23,511; total elections 296; AFL-CIO 48; other national 75; other local 4; no representative 169), which corroborates the digits and their column assignment. Note as printed that the "2,000 to 2,999" row shows a cumulative percent of 99.9 although its own percent of total is 0.0 (the preceding row on page 1 presumably reached 99.9); nothing was corrected.
