The only footnote marker on the page is the raised 1 attached to the caption, which is excluded from the grid per instructions. The image is clean and all cells are legible; no cells were doubtful. As a consistency check (not a correction), the eight stage rows sum to the printed "Total number of cases closed" in every Number column, and the seven individual case-type totals sum to the All C total of 23,383.
