p. 84. Seven printed columns: blank stub heading, "Total", and five columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". "Total" is a tall heading occupying both heading levels, so it is repeated in each. The stub heading itself is blank on this page. Many data cells are printed with a short double-hyphen dash rule ("--") rather than a figure; per the transcription rule for dash rules these are rendered as empty cells. They occur at: Employers column for every RC Cases and RD Cases row, and the AFL–CIO unions / Other national unions / Other local unions / Individuals columns for every RM Cases row. Note that these "--" cells are typographically distinct from the explicitly printed zeros in the RD Cases block (AFL–CIO unions, Pending October 1, 2007 = 0; Other local unions, Pending September 30, 2008 = 0) and in the RC Cases block (Individuals, Pending September 30, 2008 = 0). "RC Cases", "RM Cases" and "RD Cases" are centered banner lines spanning the data columns; they are carried as label-only rows. The caption carries a superscript footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 2008^1"), but no footnote text is printed within this crop, so `footnotes` is empty; the footnote presumably appears at the end of the table on a later page. The crop ends immediately after the RD Cases block at a horizontal rule — the table very likely continues (further case types and/or a total) on the following page, which is outside this image. All rows are internally consistent as printed: the five filing-party cells sum to the Total column, and Pending October 1, 2007 + Received fiscal 2008 = On docket fiscal 2008 in every block. No suspected misprints. The union abbreviation is printed with an en dash: "AFL–CIO".
