The roman numerals I. and II. sit in a hanging indent of the stub column, not in a separate column, so they are kept at the front of their row labels. Indentation irregularities, transcribed as printed: under II.A, the sub-items "a. Board decision issued" and "b. Regional Director's decision issued" belonging to "6. Filing of petition to-" are set at a shallower indent (flush with the A./B./C. level) than the numbered items around them; their leader dots also stop short of the column rule. The final row "C. Age of cases pending Regional Director's decision, September 30, 2007" carries a value directly (91) rather than being a value-less section line like the other lettered headings. "1173" (I.A.8) is printed without a digit-grouping comma, as transcribed. The apostrophes in "judge's", "Director's" and "Board's" are typographic in most lines and a straight quote in the line "B. Age of cases pending administrative law judge's decision..."; all are rendered as a plain apostrophe. The superscript 1 on II.A.4 is the footnote marker. Nothing appears cut off: the table rule, the last body row and the footnote are all within the crop.
