The caption carries a raised "1" footnote marker whose text is not shown on this image. Arithmetic cross-check (not used to alter any cell): every data row's four component counts sum exactly to its "Total elections" value; the "Number eligible to vote" column sums to exactly 103,471 and "Total elections" to exactly 1,542, matching the printed totals. The "Percent of total" column sums to 100.3 and the cumulative column advances by slightly different steps, which is ordinary rounding in the source, not a transcription error.

Continuation page: the first two body rows ("3,000 to 9,999" and "Over 9,999") are the tail of section A (RC/RM elections), carried over from the preceding page; section A's own heading and earlier size classes are not on this crop. "Total RD elections", column "Cumulative percent of total": the cell prints a short dash rule ("--") rather than a number; transcribed as "" per the dash-rule convention. The footnote line is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop — only the upper portion of the letterforms is visible. I read it as "1 See Glossary for terms & definitions.", but the exact wording and terminal punctuation are not fully verifiable from this image. The same marker "1" appears on the caption ("Fiscal Year 2007-1"), which is excluded per instructions. Internal consistency checks all pass against the printed "Total RD elections" row: the 22 size-class rows sum to 26,588 (number eligible to vote), 361 (total elections), 49 (AFL-CIO), 69 (other national), 10 (other local) and 233 (no representative chosen), and every "percent by size class" value matches its count divided by the corresponding column total.
