Reader’s notes

p. 146. Three printed columns, one heading level; the stub heading spans the full height of the header band. Row indentation marks hierarchy: the four indented "Before/After..." rows under each of "Agreement of the parties-informal settlement", "Withdrawal" and "Dismissal" are sub-rows of that heading, and identical labels therefore repeat across the three blocks; indentation is not represented in the cell text. Several long row labels wrap onto two printed lines ("After opening of 10(k) hearing, before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute"); each is joined into one row here, and in those cases the numbers are printed level with the second line. The footnote marker 1 is attached to the caption ("Fiscal Year 2007^1"), which is omitted per instructions. The footnote line at the bottom is slightly clipped by the crop (the descenders are cut), but the text is legible and is transcribed in full. Arithmetic as printed: the four main-method counts (26 + 2 + 13 + 6) sum to 47, matching the total; the corresponding percents (55.3 + 4.3 + 27.7 + 12.8) sum to 100.1 rather than 100.0, which is ordinary rounding and is transcribed as printed.
