p. 130. Four printed columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", and AC / UC under the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" (superscript 2 marker on that spanner). The crop cuts off the bottom of the footnote block. Only the first line of footnote 1 is visible ("See Glossary of terms for definitions"), and its trailing period is clipped by the bottom edge; footnote 2, which is called out by the marker on the "Formal actions taken by type of case" spanner, is not visible on this image at all. Several rows do not add across as printed; all are transcribed exactly as shown: "Hearings completed" 39 vs. 1 + 37 = 38; "By Regional Directors" 58 vs. 4 + 51 = 55; "Requests for review received" 39 vs. 2 + 21 = 23; "Affirmed" 10 vs. 0 + 1 = 1. The AC and UC digits for these rows are individually crisp and unambiguous in the scan, so the discrepancies appear to be in the source rather than in the reading. The row label "Granted" is followed by a gap and then leader dots; the gap holds no value. Row labels use a typographic apostrophe in "Regional Directors’ decisions:", reproduced as printed.
