I have transcribed the headings against the columns they logically govern (3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3), which is confirmed by the fourth-level headings themselves and by the arithmetic of the body (e.g. 14 = 7 appeals + 7 district + 0 + 0; 13 = 6 + 7 + 0 + 0; 1 = 1 + 0 + 0 + 0). A reader wanting the literal box geometry should be aware the printed rules do not match. Header wording kept as printed, including the inconsistent casing: the Total group uses lowercase "position" while the other groups use "Position", and the State Courts group's middle heading reads "Upholding Board" with no "Position". Heading text broken mid-word across lines ("Num / ber Decided", "Upholdi / ng", "Contrar / y to", "Determinati / on") has been rejoined. "Total - - all courts" is printed with a space between the two hyphens; written here as "Total -- all courts". The row label "Totals -- all types" is printed in bold. PRINTED INCONSISTENCY: the row "Action by other parties" shows 2 and 2 in the bankruptcy-court "Number Decided" and "Upholding Board Position" columns, but (a) its own total of 9 equals only 4 (appeals) + 5 (district), (b) its three sub-rows "To review:", "To restrain NLRB from:" and "To compel NLRB to:" sum to 0 in the bankruptcy columns, and (c) the "Totals -- all types" row shows 0 in every bankruptcy column. The 2s are transcribed as printed; they appear to be an error in the source. No footnotes are printed under the table. The crop shows the full table; nothing appears cut off.
