The crop is cut off at the bottom: the body ends mid-table at the "800 to 999" row, so the larger size classes (1,000 and over), any RC/RM subtotal below them, and panel B (decertification elections) are not on this image. No footnotes are visible under the table on this crop, although the caption carries a raised "1" marker whose text must appear on the cut-off portion or elsewhere. Column structure: 13 columns (stub plus 12 data columns). The fourth data heading is printed hyphenated/broken across lines as "Cumu- lative perce nt of total" and is joined here as "Cumulative percent of total". The heading "Elections in which no representative was chosen" occupies a tall box spanning the top two heading levels, so it is repeated in both. "Total RC and RM elections" row, Cumulative percent of total column: the cell holds a short dash rule ("--"), transcribed as "" per the blank/dash-rule convention. "A. Certification elections (RC and RM)" is a centered section banner spanning the data columns; its data cells are left empty. Thirteen columns were counted from the vertical rules: the stub, four tall single-level headings (Number eligible to vote / Total elections / Percent of total / Cumulative percent of total, each spanning the full header height), three two-column union blocks under "Elections in which representation rights were won by", and a two-column block under "Elections in which no representative was chosen". All cells are clearly legible; nothing is doubtful. Note for the reader (not a transcription doubt): the "Percent by size class" figures in the last pair of columns (0.0, 1.2, 0.4) are inconsistent in magnitude with the other size-class percentages in the same rows, which may reflect a different base in the source, but they are transcribed exactly as printed.
