p. 151. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column blocks (Number / Percent by type). The stub heading "Type of election/case" spans both heading levels and is repeated in each. The caption carries a raised footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 2006^1"), but no footnote text is printed within the crop; the caption itself is omitted per instructions, so `footnotes` is empty. All cells are clearly legible. Arithmetic note (transcribed as printed, not corrected): the "By type of election" rows sum to 24 total reruns, matching the all-elections line, while the "By type of case" rows (22 + 0 + 2) also sum to 24; the RD-cases row shows 1 union certified and 1 no-union chosen out of 2, each at 50.0 percent.
