p. 143. Eleven columns: stub plus five two-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD cases), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed"; the stub heading "Stage of disposition" spans both heading levels. The crop cuts the bottom of the footnote block: footnote 1 is visible only as its top half ("See Glossary of terms for definitions") and its terminal period is inferred from the visible glyph tops; any further footnote text below it, including the text for footnote marker 2 (attached to the row label "After issuance of Board decision"), is not on this image and so is not transcribed. The caption also carries a raised 1, but the caption is excluded per instructions. All figures are legible and internally consistent as printed: the five stage rows sum to the "Total number of cases closed" line in every numeric column (e.g. 421+2,595+60+325+141 = 3,542), and RC+RM+RD column totals (2,682+113+747) equal the All R cases total of 3,542. No suspected misprints. "After issuance of Regional Director's decision" is printed with a typographic apostrophe; transcribed with a plain apostrophe.
