Throughout the table the printed "Total formal actions taken" equals RC+RM+RD (UD is excluded); every row satisfies this except one, which is a check on the column alignment above. Suspected misprint: in the row "Request for review received" (under "Review of Regional Directors' supplemental decisions:") the "Total formal actions taken" cell is printed as 0, while RC=21, RM=0, RD=0 and the "Cases in which formal actions taken" cell is 25. Transcribed as printed. Footnote markers 2 and 3 appear in the column headings ("Cases in which formal actions taken" and "Total formal actions taken") and marker 1 in the caption, but only footnote 1 is visible on this crop; footnotes 2 and 3 fall below the bottom edge and are not transcribed. The body of the table itself appears complete (a closing rule follows the last row).
