The stub has no printed heading.\n\n\"RC Cases\", \"RM Cases\" and \"RD Cases\" are centered section banners spanning the data columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows. The five data-row labels repeat identically in each of the three sections.\n\nCells printed with a short double dash (\"--\") are kept as \"--\" rather than emptied, because this table also prints explicit zeros (e.g. the RD rows), so \"--\" is a distinct printed value (not applicable) and not a blank or a dash rule.\n\nThe asterisk printed immediately before 1,107 in the RC \"Pending October 1, 2005\" / Total cell is treated as a footnote marker and written as 1,107^*.\n\nA second footnote keyed to that asterisk is printed below footnote 1 but is sliced off by the bottom edge of the crop: only the upper half of its letterforms is visible and it cannot be read reliably, so it is omitted from the footnotes list.
