Possible misprint in the excluded caption: the title reads "Fiscal Year 2004" while the column spanner over the first nine data columns reads "Fiscal Year 2005" and the cumulative span ends Sept. 30, 2005. Internal arithmetic checks out throughout (e.g. 73+15=88; 56+8+1+6+2=73; 7825+1553+589+268+1592=11827; 155+18+46+20+17+1+1+1=259), except that the cumulative percentages for the review/enforcement block sum to 100.1 rather than the printed 100.0 — transcribed as printed. Footnote markers 1 (Number of proceedings), 2 (Board dismissal, both occurrences) and 3 (Proceedings decided by U.S. Supreme Court) are present, but the footnote texts fall below the bottom of the crop and could not be read; only a sliver of the first footnote's leading mark is visible at the lower left.
