p. 132. Eleven columns: stub plus five two-column case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". Suspected misprint, transcribed as printed: in the row "After hearing closed, before issuance of decision", the RM cases "Number of cases" cell reads "0.0" (a decimal in a count column; the other count cells in that column are plain integers, and the column sums to the printed total 108 only if this value is 0). Column sums otherwise agree with the printed totals in every panel (All R 4,783; RC 3,900; RM 108; RD 775; UD 112). The caption carries footnote marker 1 and is omitted per instructions; marker 2 is attached to the row label "After issuance of Board decision". The apostrophe in "Regional Director's" is printed as a typographic right single quote and is transcribed as a plain apostrophe. All cells are legible.
