p. 112. Footnote markers 2 and 3 appear in the column headings ("Cases in which formal actions taken^2", "Total formal actions taken^3"), but only footnote 1 is visible at the bottom edge of the crop; the texts of footnotes 2 and 3 are cut off below the image. Apparent internal inconsistencies, transcribed exactly as printed: (a) under "In directed elections ( after transfer by Regional Director)" the RM column shows 1 for the group line but 1 + 1 = 2 in its two component lines ("No exceptions to RDs/HOs Reports", "Exceptions to RDs/HOs Reports"), and the RD column shows 2 for the group line but 1 + 0 = 1 in the components; (b) under "By Board" (Decisions on Objections and/or Challenges) the "Total formal actions taken" figure 245 exceeds the sum of its two listed subgroups (216 + 23 = 239); (c) in the supplemental-decisions section, "Board action on request ruled upon, total" shows 22 cases versus 21 "Request for review received". Row labels' leader dots were dropped; "Transferred by Regional Directors for initial decision" ends in a period in the image that is the start of the leader dots.
