p. 254. 13 columns: stub, then Number eligible to vote / Total elections / Percent of total / Cumulative percent of total, then Number + Percent by size class for each of AFL-CIO unions, Other national unions, Other local unions, and finally Number + Percent by size class for "Elections in which no representative was chosen". The four single-level headings and the stub heading are tall and are repeated down all three heading levels; "Elections in which no representative was chosen" spans heading levels 1-2 and is repeated in both. "Cumu-lative percent of total" was rejoined from its hyphenated line break. "AFL-CIO" is printed with an en-dash (AFL–CIO). The "Cumulative percent of total" cell of the "Total RC and RM elections" row prints a double-hyphen dash rule ("--"), transcribed as "" per the dash-rule convention; it is not blank on the page. The table is a continuation header: the caption reads "Page 1 of 2", and the crop ends at the "1,000 to 1,999" row, so the remaining size classes (2,000 and over, etc.), the panel B sections, and any further rows continue on the next page. Only panel heading "A. Certification elections (RC and RM)" appears here; it is a section line with a label and no values. Possible-misprint flags (transcribed exactly as printed, not corrected): "140 to 149" and "150 to 159" both show 3,213 in the "Number eligible to vote" column. The "Percent of total" column sums visibly above 100 in places because of rounding; the final cumulative value shown (99.8) is as printed. All cells were legible; no doubtful digits.

The first three body rows (2,000 to 2,999; 3,000 to 9,999; Over 9,999) are the tail of panel "A" carried over from the previous page, so no section heading for them is printed here; the "B. Decertification elections (RD)" banner is printed centred across the value columns and is transcribed as a label-only row. "Total RD elections", column "Cumulative percent of total": the cell prints a short double-dash rule ("--", meaning not applicable), transcribed as "" per the dash-rule convention. The caption carries a raised footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 2004^1"), but no footnote text is printed within this crop; the caption itself is excluded per instructions, and the footnote text presumably appears on page 1 of the table or below the crop boundary. Size classes run in 10-employee steps up to "160 to 169" and then jump to "170 to 199"; this is as printed, not an omitted row — the panel's columns sum exactly to the printed totals (number eligible 28,594; total elections 422; AFL–CIO 133; other national 8; other local 6; no representative 275), so no RD row is missing. Cumulative percents accumulate from unrounded values, so they differ from running sums of the printed "Percent of total" column by 0.1 in places (e.g. 57.8 vs 57.9 at "30 to 39"); transcribed as printed. The "AFL–CIO" heading uses an en dash in the original.
