p. 224. The table is one panel of 11 columns: the stub plus five case-type groups (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a "Number of cases" and a "Percent of cases closed" column. Both the stub heading "Stage of disposition" and each case-type heading are repeated across the levels/columns they span. The footnote-1 marker is attached to the caption (fiscal year 2004), which is excluded per instructions, but the footnote text itself is transcribed. All cells were legible; no doubtful digits. Arithmetic checks are consistent with the printed values (e.g., All R cases: 618+3,394+34+368+190 = 4,604; RC: 388+2,722+30+317+162 = 3,619; RM: 39+77+1+11+4 = 132; RD: 191+595+3+40+24 = 853; UD: 63+34+0+25+3 = 125).
