Each column is internally consistent (its subtotals add correctly), so this is not a misread of individual digits; it suggests either a further type-of-case column beyond UC that the crop cuts off at the right edge of the image, or that column 1 counts something broader than AC+UC. No additional column or heading is visible in the image, so only the printed AC and UC columns are transcribed. The vertical line at the far right of the image sits very close to the image border, so I cannot rule out that it is a column rule with further material cropped away.
