The value 240 on the "Noncontested decisions" line is printed in bold and underlined (the underline appears to be a rule leading into a grand total that falls below the crop); it is transcribed as the plain number 240. Two row labels wrap with a deep indent on the continuation line and are joined here: "Initial (includes those based on / stipulated record)", "Determinations in jurisdictional / disputes", "After transfer by Regional Directors / for initial decision", and "After review of Regional Director / decisions".
