p. 193. Column count: 12 (stub + 5 "Number of proceedings" + 4 "Percentages" + 2 cumulative). The stub column carries no printed heading, so its header cells are empty at all three levels. The cumulative heading is printed on two lines ("July 5, 1936" / "Sept. 30, 2003"), evidently a date range, and spans the top two heading levels over the Number and Percent columns. Dashes: many cells are printed with a double-hyphen "--" (the report's "not applicable" mark) rather than being blank; following the rule that a dash entry is an empty cell, all of these are transcribed as "". They occur in the percentage columns of the "Proceedings decided by U.S. courts of appeals and other courts", "On petitions for contempt", and "Ancillary proceedings..." rows; in the "vs. both employers and unions" and "Board dismissal" percentage columns and both cumulative columns of the "Total Court Orders" block; in the "Board dismissal" percentage column of the review/enforcement block; and in all four percentage columns of the Supreme Court block. Row "Court orders denying petition and or discontinuing proceedings at CLCB request": the label is printed over two lines and reads "and or" with no slash visible at this resolution (likely "and/or"); transcribed as printed.
