Reader’s notes
p. 159. 17 columns: stub plus eight case-type panels of Number / Percent of cases closed. The footnote line at the bottom is clipped by the crop (its descenders are cut), but the text is legible and transcribed in full. The footnote marker 1 in the table is attached only to the caption ("Fiscal Year 2003^1"), which is excluded per instructions; no in-body cell carries a marker. All eight Number columns sum exactly to their printed "Total number of cases closed" figures, and the printed percentages agree with those totals, so no misprints are suspected.
