p. 149. TYPESETTING DISPLACEMENT IN ROW 1 (Accommodation) — the single judgment call in this transcription. On the page, two of the Accommodation row's values are physically printed inside the header box, above the rule that separates the headings from the body: "584" sits in the header band beneath the "All cases" heading, and "0" sits in the header band beneath the "CD" heading. The Accommodation line itself therefore shows visible gaps in its "All cases" and "CD" cells. I have placed both values in the Accommodation row under their printed columns rather than leaving the row's cells empty or writing stray digits into header_rows, because the arithmetic identifies them unambiguously: the "Accommodation and Foodservices" subtotal of 1,034 less Foodservices 450 = 584, and the subtotal CD of 0 less Foodservices CD of 0 = 0. No digits were altered; only their row placement was resolved. A reader wanting strict ink-position fidelity should know these two cells are the exception.
