p. 134. Seven columns: stub, Total, and five "Identification of filing party" columns. The stub column has no printed heading. "RC Cases", "RM Cases" and "RD Cases" are section banners printed centred across the value columns (no stub text and no values); they are given here as label-only rows. Many cells print a short double-dash "--" (nil/not applicable); following the dash-rule convention these are transcribed as empty cells. They occur in: the Employers column of every RC and RD row, and the AFL-CIO/Other National/Other local/Individuals columns of every RM row. These are distinct from the printed zeros in the RD section, which are kept as "0". The RC "Pending October 1, 2002" Total cell prints a raised asterisk immediately before the figure (*1,316), recorded as 1,316^*; no asterisk footnote text appears on this crop — only footnote 1 is printed below the table, so the asterisk's note may fall outside the crop or be absent from the page. The caption's own superscript 1 (excluded as caption) is what footnote 1 refers to. Row-label wording, including "Other local Unions" with lowercase "local", is as printed.
