p. 147. Twelve columns: stub, five \"Number of proceedings\" columns (Total; vs. employers only; vs. unions only; vs. both employers and unions; Board dismissal), four \"Percentages\" columns (same four breakdowns, no Total column), and two cumulative columns (Number, Percent). The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of every header level is empty. The short double dash \"--\" used throughout the percentage and cumulative columns is a printed not-applicable symbol (not a rule or leader), so it is kept as \"--\" rather than blanked. Digit grouping is inconsistent as printed in the cumulative \"Number\" column: 11,572 carries a comma while 7633, 1536 and 1572 do not. Transcribed as printed. The crop cuts off the bottom of the page: footnote 1 is only partially visible (its first line is clipped vertically and the sentence continues past \"more than one\" onto text not in the image), and footnotes 2 (marker on \"Board dismissal\") and 3 (marker on \"Proceedings decided by U.S. Supreme Court\") are not shown at all. Internal arithmetic checks out everywhere I tested (117 = 105 + 12; 65+8+7+2+23 = 105; 7633+1536+576+255+1572 = 11,572; 155+18+46+20+17+1+1+1 = 259), so no suspected misprints in the figures.
