The crop is cut off at the bottom: the table continues past "New Mexico" (the Region VI block is incomplete — its remaining states and the "Region VI" subtotal line, plus Regions VII-X and any footnote text, are on the continuation). No footnotes are printed within this crop, although the caption carries a raised 1 and the stub heading "Standard Federal Regions" carries a raised 2, so footnote text exists elsewhere. Column structure: 17 columns. "Unfair labor practice cases" spans the 8 columns All C cases through CP; "Representation cases" spans All R cases through RD. The last three columns each have a tall heading ("Union deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") with the code (UD, AC, UC) printed on a third heading line; those headings were joined and end-of-line hyphens repaired ("deauthor-ization", "Amend-ment", "certifica-tion", "clari-fication"). "All C cases" and "All R cases" are each printed on two lines ("All C" / "cases") and joined. All sixteen numeric columns of every region subtotal (Regions I through V) were checked against the sum of their member states and every one reconciles, as do the "All cases" row totals for the three states shown in the incomplete Region VI block; no misprints were detected. Row labels are transcribed with the printed capitalisation, including "District Of Columbia" with a capital O. Two values worth flagging as checked rather than doubtful: Minnesota CE = 7 (unusually large for that column, but it is required to make the Region V CE total of 10) and Mississippi RC = 9 with RD = 14 (RD exceeds RC, but they sum with RM = 0 to the printed All R cases value of 23).

Continuation page: the table begins on the preceding page, so the region subtotals for Region VI include States (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico) printed before this crop — Oklahoma + Texas do not sum to the printed Region VI line. Regions VII through X are complete on this page and every one of their subtotals, as well as the grand total, reconciles with the detail lines; the within-row identities (All C cases = CA+CB+CC+CD+CE+CG+CP, All R cases = RC+RM+RD, All cases = All C + All R + UD + AC + UC) also hold in every row, which is my main check on column alignment. Footnotes are cut off by the bottom edge of the crop. Only the upper half of the first footnote line is visible — enough to see that it starts with marker 1 and contains the word "Glossary", but not enough to read it reliably — so the footnote list is left empty rather than guessed. The footnote 2 called out by the stub heading "Standard Federal Regions^2" is not visible at all in this crop. Digit-grouping commas are printed inconsistently in the total row and are transcribed exactly as printed: 35,851 / 30,175 / 23,033 carry commas, while 6269 (CB), 5285 (All R cases) and 4246 (RC) in the same row are printed without one. Four-digit values in the body (4028, 3414, 2607, 1199, 1098, 1594, 1306, 1005, 1380, 1046, 2187, 1945, 1549, 5546, 4750, 3693) are likewise printed without commas. The last three column groups each carry a two-level heading whose lower level is the code (UD, AC, UC); the group titles are printed with end-of-line hyphens ("deauthor-ization", "Amend-ment", "certifica-tion", "clari-fication") and have been rejoined. "All cases", "All C cases" and "All R cases" span two heading levels and are repeated accordingly.
