p. 25. The crop continues a table from the preceding page: no column headings, no caption and no footnotes are printed on this image, so header_rows is empty. The page is set as an indented text listing with no column rules; the four columns were inferred from the right-alignment of the figures, which fall at three distinct positions: the sub-item figures (227, 24, 21, 14, 1, 36, 229, 5, 0, 3, 135, 228, 3) in column 1, the category figures (286, 266, 8) further right in column 2, and 366 further right still in column 3. "Noncontested decisions / 366" therefore sits one level higher than the other labelled totals, matching the usual structure of this table (contested vs. noncontested decisions); the grand-total column that would stand to its right is not printed on this crop, so no fifth column is included. The figures are internally consistent as printed: 227+24+21+14=286, 1+36+229=266, 5+0+3=8, 135+228+3=366. Typesetting quirks, none affecting the values: the label "Initial (includes those based on stipulated record)" has its first line set flush with the far-left margin while its continuation line is deeply indented with the other sub-items, and it is preceded by a blank line; "Representation decisions" is likewise preceded by a blank line.
