The date ranges are set with an en dash in the group sub-headings ("1996–2000") and broken over two lines in the "Total fiscal years 1996-2000" column; all are transcribed with a plain hyphen. Two cells are printed anomalously and are transcribed as printed: (a) New Orleans, LA / Remanded in full, Fiscal Year 2001, Percent reads "0.00" (three decimals-style two-place extra digit) where every other percent in the table has one decimal place; (b) Cincinnati, OH / Remanded in full, Fiscal Year 2001, Number reads "1." with a trailing period. The accompanying percent of 11.1 (1 of 9) confirms the value is 1, so the period appears to be a stray mark rather than a footnote marker or decimal. Verification: all twelve numeric (non-percent and percent-base) columns were summed down the twelve circuit rows and each agrees exactly with the "Total all circuits" line (118, 552, 74, 384, 10, 55, 15, 22, 7, 33, 12, 58), and the printed percentages are consistent with their row bases. No internal inconsistencies found. The caption (excluded per instructions) says "Compared With 5-Year Cumulative Totals, 1997 Through 2000" while every cumulative column heading in the table body reads 1996-2000; this discrepancy is in the source, not the transcription. The crop clips the bottom of the single footnote line, but its text is fully legible. No row labels are cut off.
