p. 194. Twelve printed columns: stub, then under "Fiscal Year 2001" five "Number of proceedings" columns and four "Percentages" columns, then two cumulative columns. Dash fillers: many cells are printed with a short double-hyphen rule ("--") standing for "not applicable"; these are transcribed as empty cells per the dash-rule convention. They occur in all four percentage columns of the "Proceedings decided by U.S. courts of appeals", "On petitions for contempt" and Supreme Court rows; in the "vs. both employers and unions" percentage column of every row; in the cumulative Number/Percent columns of the courts-of-appeals heading row and of the contempt/Total Court Orders block; and in the "Board dismissal" number column plus all percentage columns of the Supreme Court block. "Board orders affirmed in full" (first occurrence), Percentages "vs. unions only": printed as "50" with no decimal, unlike the comparable "50.0" in "Remanded to Board"; transcribed as printed. The cumulative spanner is printed on two lines, "July 5, 1936" over "Sept. 30, 2001", with no visible connecting dash; joined with a space. The stub column carries no printed heading, so cell 0 of each heading level is empty.
