Footnote markers: the caption carries a raised 1 and the column heading "Total elections" carries a raised 2, but no footnote text is printed within this crop (the table is cut off below panel B), so `footnotes` is empty. The crop ends immediately after panel B's "1-union elections" subtotal line (a double rule follows); section B continues on the next page, so this is a partial table. All printed subtotals and the "Total representation elections" line cross-foot correctly against the rows above them and across the component columns, which supports the column assignments; no misprints detected. No cell was illegible.

p. 169. 14 columns. The crop is a continuation page: it begins mid-section (the multi-union rows of section "B. Elections in RC cases"; that section heading is printed on the earlier page, not here), and the section line "C. Elections in RM cases" appears partway down, printed centred across the full table width with no values. Dash cells: the body uses a short printed dash ("--") distinctly from a printed "0". Following the convention that a dash cell is empty, every such dash has been transcribed as "" while printed zeros are kept as "0"; the 0-vs-dash distinction of the original is therefore not recoverable from the grid alone. Footnote markers: the caption carries a raised 1 and the stub-side heading reads "Total elections" with a raised 2 (transcribed "Total elections^2").
