In the "All types, total:" Elections row the Total cell is printed as a small raised 2 immediately before 3,081; recorded as 3,081^2 (footnote marker, not part of the number). Markers 2 and 3 are cited in the table but their footnote texts are not on this crop: the page is cut just below the footnote-1 line, so only footnote 1 could be transcribed. The three UD cases rows print a short double dash ("--") in the "Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)" column, evidently meaning not applicable; per the dash-rule convention these cells are recorded as empty strings.
