The crop cuts the bottom of the footnote block: footnote 1's line is clipped at the baseline (text still legible, any terminal period not visible) and the text of footnote 2 is not shown on this image at all. All five columns of component rows sum exactly to the printed totals (5,151 / 4,207 / 141 / 803 / 91), and the percent columns are internally consistent, so no misprints are suspected.
