The crop ends at the bottom rule immediately under the last transcribed row, 8(b)(1)(2)(3)(5); the table almost certainly continues onto the following page (further 8(b) combination rows and a Recapitulation block for Sec. 8(b) would be expected), so this is a partial table. No footnote text is printed within the crop, even though "Recapitulation" in panel A carries a raised footnote marker 1; that footnote presumably appears under the continuation of the table. Three section lines ("A. Charges filed against employers under Sec. 8(a)", "Recapitulation^1", "B. Charges filed against unions under Sec. 8(b)") are printed centered across the full width with no values, and are transcribed as label-only rows. The stub column has no printed heading.
