Each section repeats the same five row labels.\n\nThe Total cell of \"Pending October 1, 2000\" in the All Cases section is printed as \"*26,939\" with the asterisk preceding the figure; it is transcribed as a footnote marker (26,939^*). The asterisk is full-size rather than raised, but it is not a digit: the five filing-party cells on that line sum to exactly 26,939, and the five section figures for that line (24,968 + 1,782 + 39 + 29 + 121) also sum to 26,939. No asterisk footnote text appears within the crop.\n\nIn the Union-shop deauthorization panel the five filing-party columns other than Individuals each print a short double-hyphen dash rule (\"--\"); following the instruction that a cell holding only a dash rule is empty, those 25 cells are rendered as \"\". They are not blank on the page.\n\nAll row and column totals cross-foot correctly as printed; no suspected misprints.\n\nThe crop is cut off immediately below footnote 1: the raised marker \"2\" of a further footnote is just visible at the bottom edge, and footnotes 2 and 3 (cited by the \"Unfair labor practice cases\" and \"Representation cases\" section lines) are not legible on this image. The caption and the footnote block below footnote 1 are therefore incomplete.
