Reader’s notes

p. 192. Two printed columns: the stub ("Action taken") and a single value column headed "Cases/Amount" (printed on two lines, joined). The roman numerals I.-IV. sit in a hanging indent inside the stub, with no column rule separating them, so they are kept at the start of their row labels; the lettered and unlettered sub-items are further indented in the same stub column. The top edge of the crop shows one stray line belonging to the preceding contents/table on the page ("C. Age of cases pending Regional Director's decision, September 30, 2000 ... 142"); it is above Table 24's caption and rule and is not part of this table, so it is excluded. Row II.C's label wraps over three printed lines and is joined into one label; its value ($0.00) is printed on the last of those lines. Section lines I., II., III. and IV., and the two "B. Decisions in EAJA cases ruled on ..." / "C. Amount of fees and expenses in cases listed in B, above:" lines, carry no value. Note that heading III. ends without a colon as printed, unlike I., II. and IV. The section symbol (§) is set in a noticeably different, sans-serif-looking face in several lines but is transcribed as §. No footnotes are printed under the table.
