The crop cuts off the bottom of the footnote area: the heading "Total challenges" carries a raised 2, but the text of footnote 2 is not visible on this image, so only footnote 1 is transcribed. All printed cells are legible; no doubtful digits. Sub-column sums check out against the printed totals (e.g. 153 + 17 = 170, 75 + 17 = 92 for the all-elections row), and the "By type of cases" rows sum to the all-elections row (3,050 + 34 + 390 = 3,474). The "By type of election" rows sum to 3,474 as well (15 + 2,967 + 3 + 489 + 0).
