p. 157. Seven columns: stub plus Total, Consent, Stipulated, Board-directed, Regional Director-directed, and Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C). The spanner "Type of election" covers the six value columns; "Type of case" is a tall stub heading spanning both header levels. The raised 2 on "Board-directed" is a footnote marker. A second footnote, marked 2, is printed below footnote 1 but is cut off by the bottom edge of the crop: only the top sliver of its letters is visible (it begins "2 C..." and appears to end "...by the Board"), so it is not legible enough to transcribe and has been omitted from `footnotes`. In the three UD cases rows, the "Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)" cells print a short dash rule ("--") rather than a figure; following the dash-rule convention these are transcribed as empty cells. All other zero entries are printed as the digit 0. The section lines "All types, total:", "RC cases:", "RM cases:", "RD cases:" and "UD cases:" carry labels only, with no values. Leader dots after "Elections", "Eligible voters" and "Valid votes" have been dropped. Internal consistency check (reported only, nothing altered): for every one of the six value columns the four case-type subtotals sum exactly to the "All types, total" figures for Elections, Eligible voters and Valid votes, so no misprint is suspected.
