p. 154. Eleven printed columns: the stub plus five two-column case-type groups (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". The caption carries a raised 1 pointing to the single footnote; the caption itself is omitted per instructions. All cells are crisply printed and legible. The five stage rows sum exactly to the "Total number of cases closed" line in every number column (5,429 / 4,508 / 139 / 782 / 98), so no internal inconsistencies were found. The apostrophe in "Regional Director's decision" is a typographic right single quote in the scan; transcribed as a plain apostrophe.
