The crop is cut off at the bottom: the table continues past the last transcribed row ("Before issuance of complaint" under Withdrawal), and no footnote block is visible on this image, so `footnotes` is empty even though the caption carries a superscript 1 and the "CD cases" heading a superscript 2. 18 columns: stub, then All C cases (Number / Percent of total closed / Percent of total method) and seven two-column panels (CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), each Number / Percent of total closed. This is a single wide table, not side-by-side panels. "Total number of cases closed", column "All C cases — Percent of total method": the cell holds a short dash rule ("--"), transcribed as "" per the blank/dash rule. Asterisk markers: the All C cases Number for "Total number of cases closed" is printed as "*28,909" with a leading asterisk, and the eighth panel heading is printed as "**CG cases" with two leading asterisks.
