Further rows of section B (and most likely a "Recapitulation" sub-block for 8(b)) continue on the following page. "Recapitulation" carries a raised footnote marker 1, transcribed as Recapitulation^1, but the corresponding footnote text is not printed within this crop (it presumably appears at the foot of the continued table), so `footnotes` is empty.
